This week our blogger spotlight is on the lovely Jasmin of Friend In Fashion. She is an absolute natural beauty who looks fabulous in prints of all kinds. From girly dresses to boyfriend jeans, Jasmin is a standout in every outfit.
When did you start FRIEND IN FASHION and what made you want to start a personal style blog?
A short while ago I started Friend in Fashion, largely because, I had a growing wardrobe and not enough time/places to wear all of my favourite pieces! I decided that a blog would be a good way of capturing all of my favourite looks.
Over time, Friend in Fashion has evolved to track not only my own style, but also a glimpse into my life, my travels and the things which inspire me.

What have you gained most since entering the “blogosphere”?
Many things! I’ve found blogging to be a great creative outlet, and a way of sourcing style and fashion inspiration from all over the world, instantly! I’ve been lucky enough to meet some amazing people through blogging, in Australia and overseas, and have been fortunate enough to work with some amazing labels and designers.
Where do you find your inspiration?
Lots of places! I love style communities like Lookbook.nu and blogs, which showcase individual style from all parts of the globe, but I also get a lot of inspiration from my travels, and the people I meet along the way!
What are your Top 3 Australian Labels?
To pick only three is tough!
I absolutely adore anything Camilla and Marc, particularly for something extra special - my engagement dress was a C&M number (Alabama mini), but day to day, you’ll find half of my wardrobe filled with Minkpink and Somedays Lovin’ goodies, always on trend and perfectly priced!

If you could travel to any place in the world for a holiday, where would you go and why?
Last year I was fortunate enough to quite literally travel the world! Friends often ask me where was my favourite place, which I always have difficulty answering. If I had to narrow it down to a top three, it would have to be: New York, Nice and Tokyo. Next on the travel plan - Canada, and South America I think!

Where do you hope to see yourself in 5 years time?
Hopefully doing something which combines my love of fashion, travel and the web. I’m also currently working on a brand new style website – The Style Collector, so hopefully also growing this over the next few years.
