1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup loosely packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup broken pretzel pieces
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2. In a large bowl combine peanut butter, greek yogurt, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until there is a uniform consistency.
3. Mix dry ingredients into the wet, followed by the addition of the pretzels and chocolate chips.
4. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes. Makes 18 cookies.
