MARKET HQ @ LANEWAY FESTIVAL

Market HQ took off to Laneway Festival on Sunday for a day soaking up the sun (in some of the best weather we've had lately) while fist pumping (as you do) to the beats of the best lineup of any Aussie music event this summer. With artists such as Laura Marling, The Drums, M83, Sures, Feist and so much more amazing talent, there couldn't have been a better place to be.

Laura Marling
When your voice is compared to the likes of Joni Mitchell, you know you've got something good going on. Laura Marling's musical maturity and whispy folk tunes, combined with her spontaneous songwriting and guitar-playing ways had her taking out Best Female Solo Artist at last year's Brit Awards. She's a one-of-a-kind piece of talent, and at only 21 years of age most definitely a force to be reckoned with.
